Connector Management

Project 35.004

Inspecting and predicting the remaining life of splice and dead-end connectors are major challenges for utilities. The research conducted in this project aims to help utilities improve their installation practices, inspection methods, and remediation of connectors by providing information on installation guidelines, existing and new inspection technologies and techniques, and population assessment methodologies.
